This is a brand new Generac GTH990H engine.
These engines are built in Wisconson, USA by Generac and a specially designed for powering generators.
The Generac GTH990 is a 992cc V-twin engine which produces 33HP.
This engine is exactly as its pictured. It has a tapered shaft, no exhaust system and its set up for use with an electronic speed controller / governor.
