Every new product we sell online, or through our retail store carries a full warranty. All Echo, Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Stiga, Simplicity, Atom products carry a full nation wide warranty. Other products that we import ourselves carry a return to store warranty, in which the item needs to be returned to us for repair. In this situation freight to our store is covered by the customer and freight from our store to the customer is covered by us. Please be aware that when we are the warranty provider, warranty work cannot be performed by anyone other than us unless prior arrangements have been made with our management. Failure to abide by this will void warranty.
