This is a professional chain grinder with hydraulic assisted semi automatic chain vise.
When the grinding head is lowered, the chain is automatically clamped by the hydraulic assist system, reducing steps required and allowing the operator to index chain faster. Sharpening time can be reduced as much as 40%!
Sharpens all chain sizes, including 1/4″, 3/8″ low profile, .325″, 3/8″, .404″ and even the big 3/4″ harvester chains!
Yes this chain grinder is all set up to sharpen 3/4″ chains!
The chain vise on this machine inverts to give the effect of the file “tilting” which is needed when correctly sharpening full chisel, square ground and ripping/milling chains.
Operates on 240 Volt mains power
Includes 1 x 8.00mm grinding disc (3/4″ chains) 1 x 4.70 mm grinding disc (.404″ and 3/8″ chains), 1 x 3.20 mm grinding disc (.325″, 3/8″ LP and 1/4″ chains), 1 x 7.00mm flat grinding disc for doing the depth gauges, 1 x stone dressing block, 1 x stone shaping gauge tool
