Shipping

We stock thousands of items, and also use suppliers around the globe to supply our customers. Most orders (if in stock) will be shipped on a overnight service nationwide. However, due to size restrictions this can take and extra 1-2 days on large orders. Please contact us for any clarification.

Returns & Refunds

At MCOP LTD we aim to get you up and running as soon as possible. If you have ordered an incorrect item we will assist to get you sorted.

Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery of your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer returns or refunds for any item due to change of mind of the purchaser.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before sending any item back you must make contact with us and we will supply a return number to go with your goods via email. 
Return freight is your cost.
Electrical items are only credited at our discretion.
A restock fee of 20% is charged for any item returned.
Some specialist or ‘one-off’ items that we are unable to return to our suppliers cannot not be returned.
Freight is only credited if we made the error and sent the incorrect item by mistake.
